Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Sensi Brands Inc at our Langton Facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the safety and security of our facilities and staff, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality cannabis products responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems to ensure safety.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to prevent theft and unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities and incidents.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security.
- Assist in loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security protocols.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles.
- Robust surveillance skills with knowledge of Security systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
