The Family Resource Advisor supports the delivery and coordination of basic needs programming for families in Eden Valley. You will meet families, complete intake assessments, identify needs, provide referrals and follow-up support, and connect families with appropriate community resources and services.
You will work with the Program Supervisor and partners to ensure services comply with policies, maintain accurate records, and contribute to program reporting.
