What You'll Do

- Source, engage, evaluate, and recruit technology professionals for staff augmentation, project, consulting, and direct-hire opportunities.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, social media, market intelligence, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate interviews to understand technical experience, career goals, compensation expectations, work preferences, and specialized skill requirements.
- Partner closely with business development professionals to understand client needs, clarify technical and functional requirements, and create effective recruiting strategies.
- Assess candidate qualifications and present well-matched professionals with clear, accurate summaries of their experience, motivation, and fit.




- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation, feedback, offer support, onboarding coordination, and ongoing communication.
- Develop long-term candidate relationships that generate repeat engagement and referrals.
- Collaborate across offices, practices, and markets to share talent and support client delivery.
- Maintain accurate candidate, job, placement, and activity information in our ATS and CRM system.
- Achieve individual recruiting, placement, activity, and performance objectives.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of successful technology recruiting, staffing, consulting, or related industry experience. Relevant technology industry experience may be considered.
- A demonstrated track record of sourcing specialized technology talent, managing candidate relationships, and successfully completing placements is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of technology roles, skill sets, and talent-market trends.
- Strong interviewing, networking, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and candidate relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Travel

Occasional local travel and attendance at company events.
