Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month onsite contract prospect.

Must Haves:

- 8+ years of experience conducting business analysis and documenting business requirements for I⁢ solutions
- Experience using UML to develop use cases, activity, sequence, and state diagrams
- Experience with business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, process and data flow modeling, business rules, and non-functional requirements
- Experience with requirements gathering through JAD sessions, interviews, and mockups
- Ability to translate business and data requirements into technical specifications, including ETL requirements for data sharing and ingestion
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product backlog grooming, Epics, and user stories
- Knowledge of AODA and related regulations and standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to document complex process flows and calculations and support user story prioritization.
