We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and leadership-oriented Senior Consultant to join our growing team.

Position Summary

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client engagements, architect tailored business solutions, and manage project delivery from inception to execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, leveraging deep industry insights to solve complex operational, financial, or strategic challenges. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in corporate consulting, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex consulting projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and high-quality deliverables are consistently met.
- Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, and financial modeling to identify operational inefficiencies and strategic opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies, risk-mitigation frameworks, and actionable roadmaps for diverse corporate clients.
- Build, maintain, and deepen executive-level client relationships, serving as the primary advisor on core business challenges.
- Facilitate high-impact presentations, workshops,



and business reviews for senior leadership and corporate boards.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a cooperative, collaborative, and continuous-learning team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a specialized advisory role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications like PMP, CFA are a strong asset).
- Proven expertise in structural data analysis, business process mapping, and strategic problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to attend client engagements at our downtown Toronto, ON (M5C 1X6) office.
