ClaimsPro LP is seeking a Remote Legal Counsel in Canada to provide business-focused, responsive legal support. Engage with commercial contracts, civil litigation, and errors and omissions claims. The role combines reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, managing civil disputes, and overseeing E&O; claims. You will partner with various stakeholders to resolve contract issues while working independently in a fully remote setting. Ideally, candidates should have a background in insurance, with a minimum of two years post-call experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Two to six years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in commercial insurance is preferred
