As a Senior Development Officer reporting to the VP of Advancement, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Hillel Ontario's philanthropic efforts.

Your responsibilities will include managing donor relationships and supporting annual campaigns, while inspiring engagement in our mission. The position demands a proactive approach to building meaningful connections within the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and solicit a portfolio of donors
- Manage fundraising campaigns and ensure follow-up
- Identify major-gift prospects and increase annual giving
- Conduct prospect research for your donor portfolio
- Engage parents, alumni, and long-term donors effectively Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in fundraising
- Proven major gift solicitation success
