What You'll Be Doing





- Having consultative conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients about their life insurance needs.
- Building genuine, lasting client relationships that go well beyond the first policy placement.
- Managing inbound and outbound call opportunities in a structured, supported environment.
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure every client gets an exceptional experience.
- Continuously developing your skills through coaching, training, and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

- LLQP licensed with valid provincial licensing in good standing.
- Bilingual - comfortable selling in English and French.
- 2+ years of life insurance sales experience preferred.
- A natural communicator who builds trust quickly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning your performance in a remote workplace.
- Genuinely passionate about helping clients - not just closing deals.
- Eager to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility over time.
- Resilient, accountable, and a real team player.

Technical Requirements

To deliver the best possible experience for your clients, you'll need:

- 12+GB RAM & Windows 11 or macOS 15+.
- Dual monitor setup & USB wired headset.
- Smartphone running a current OS.
