As a key member of MetalBear, you will manage the R&D; department composed of Core, Integrations, and Windows teams, guiding the architectural direction of our flagship product, mirrord. Your role involves developing and aligning technical strategy with business objectives, mentoring engineering managers, and fostering a culture of excellence. You will also have a hands-on approach, staying close to technology to ensure the highest standards of engineering are met.

Requirements:
