Role Overview We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities and build qualified pipeline for Wingmate. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.
You’ll play a key role in introducing Wingmate’s value to companies with field teams, helping them unlock new revenue from within their existing workforce. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Engage decision-makers (Operations, Sales,



and Leadership roles)
• Qualify prospects based on fit, need, and timing
• Book and schedule meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM (Wingmate)
• Follow structured playbooks while contributing feedback to improve messaging
• Consistently hit activity and pipeline targets What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ years of outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or cold calling experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and conversational
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent with outreach
• Ability to follow a process while thinking on your feet
• Organized and disciplined with CRM and task management
• Interest in sales, tech, or SaaS Nice to Have:
• Experience selling into industries with field teams (Waste, Linen, cleaning, logistics, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Experience working with structured sales playbooks
