DXC Technology Company is seeking a Major Incident Manager to lead incident restoration efforts and coordinate with global teams across 24/7 operations. You will drive root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and continuous process improvements to reduce disruption and improve KPI performance.

You will engage technical teams, third-party providers, and business owners to ensure timely communications and accurate incident reporting, while maintaining governance and documentation in ITSM
