Role Summary The Account Executive is a front-line revenue role responsible for generating and growing client relationships across Baxter Media’s advertising, Data and Insights, and Live Events offerings. This position uses a consultative sales approach to uncover client objectives, present tailored commercial solutions, and close revenue opportunities across the company’s portfolio. The role requires strong prospecting discipline, relationship management, and collaboration with internal delivery teams. The Account Executive reports to the Head of Sales. Key Duties ● Prospect and develop new business opportunities across target accounts and sectors. ● Sell integrated advertising, insights, and event solutions aligned with client goals. ● Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing discussions, and follow-up plans. ● Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, sponsors, and partners.



● Maintain accurate CRM records, activity updates, and pipeline visibility. ● Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of sold programs and client expectations. ● Maintain pulse on the industry and identify changing trends. Qualifications ● 3 plus years of B2B sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, sponsorship, or travel-related sectors. ● Solid presentation, prospecting, and closing skills. ● Comfortable with CRM systems, digital communications tools, and commercial reporting. ● Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, collaborative environment.
