Canada – Remote Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage strategic initiatives with a strong focus on Cybersecurity, Data Governance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources, dependencies, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate cybersecurity and data governance initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.




• Support AI-related projects and technology implementations where applicable.
• Ensure all project documentation, reports, and deliverables are maintained accurately and communicated effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project delivery processes. Required Qualifications
• Project Management experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience in Cybersecurity and Data Governance projects.
• Strong program management experience, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
