This role supports organizational change management activities including impact assessments, stakeholder readiness analysis, communications, training coordination, and reporting. The position offers exposure to multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment requiring collaboration across stakeholders and project teams.

Must Haves - 5-7 years in Organizational Change Management, project support, or related fields

- Change Impact Assessment and stakeholder readiness analysis across organizational change initiatives
- Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Nice to Have - Familiarity with change management tools or software
- Experience supporting Cyber, Infrastructure, Midstream, Utilities, or Corporate initiatives
- Experience working in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously Responsibilities - Support change impact assessments across teams and stakeholders
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and support readiness assessments
- Assist with creation and distribution of change communications and engagement materials
- Coordinate training schedules, resources, and materials with training teams
- Track training attendance and gather feedback from training sessions
- Create and maintain OCM documentation including change plans, impact assessments, and progress reports
