To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Finance and Systems Analyst to own the structure and integrity of our financial data, connecting our ERP, production software, and FP&A; platform into one trusted source of truth. You won’t just report the numbers. You’ll make them something the whole company can trust. You’ll build and maintain a single, documented data model across our ERP, production software, and spreadsheets, and lead the implementation and ongoing administration of our FP&A; platform, including budget, forecast, and cash flow models. You’ll find and fix ERP bottlenecks and visibility gaps, filling reporting shortfalls with custom queries and extracts, and trace standard cost, bill of materials, and other accounting variances back to their source transactions. Then you’ll turn it all into Power BI dashboards and streamlined Excel reporting that give management accurate, timely, usable information. You won’t be doing it alone.



You’ll report to the CFO and work with management and budget owners, in a small team where roles flex as the business changes. You might be our person if…
• You understand accounting principles, including the general ledger, month-end close, inventory and cost of goods sold, journal entries, and financial statements
• You have working knowledge of data modeling and can reconcile data across sources and trace figures to their origin
• You’ve worked in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A;, business intelligence, data analysis, or systems analysis
• You’re advanced in Excel and have built reports or dashboards in Power BI or a comparable tool
• You communicate clearly in writing and in person, and can explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
• You have post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bonus: you know cost accounting, inventory accounting, or standard costing, have manufacturing experience, or hold (or are working toward) a CPA
