• Work Arrangement: On-site Job Overview Xana International is hiring a Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on a hotel renovation project in Thompson, Manitoba. You’ll coordinate trades, keep the schedule on track, maintain site safety, and ensure the work meets project requirements. What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate trades.
• Ensure work follows project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.
• Keep the job site safe, clean, and organized.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to management.
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Maintain daily site records, including progress, manpower, deliveries, and photos. What You’ll Bring
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role.




• Solid renovation and construction experience.
• Hospitality renovation experience is an asset, especially working on hotels while guests remain on the property.
• Fall Protection and WHMIS certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• Ability to work on-site in Thompson for the duration of the project.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety and procedures.
• Valid driver’s licence.
