We are looking for an experienced SRE Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements and technical delivery within SRE, IT Operations, or Infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify, track, and manage requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams on requirement validation, prioritization, and backlog readiness.
• Track requirements through closure and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements. Required Skills




• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience supporting SRE, IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Production Support environments.
• Solid requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps preferred. Work
