How the Internship WorksThe Caprae Buyside Internship is a high-intensity training ground for future dealmakers. Passive research and slow-paced financial modelling are not part of it. You pick up M&A; fundamentals the way practitioners do: live conversations, real negotiation psychology and rapid exposure to deal structuring. You begin by learning how to communicate with founders: reading what motivates them, working through objections and drawing out the information a deal depends on. From as early as four weeks, you can start supporting real deals and learning valuation logic, structure mechanics and the sequence of an ETA transaction. We put the human side of M&A; first, because that is where deals are won, and this is the only internship that does. Highlights
