- 3 Years We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused L1 IT Support Technician to provide hands-on deskside and field support for end-user devices, peripherals, and approved software.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up, install, replace, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other approved peripherals.
• Perform device swaps, break/fix support, imaging, and provisioning using authorized tools.
• Troubleshoot basic Windows/macOS login, connectivity, printing, application, and hardware issues.
• Assist with device enrollment, MFA setup, and user profile validation using documented procedures.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory, serial numbers, CMDB records, and ticket documentation.
• Support office moves, adds, changes, and standard IT support activities.
• Record work notes, timestamps, test results, and required evidence in the ticketing system.
• Follow approved procedures, customer instructions, site safety requirements, and information security policies.




• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate L2 or resolver team. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in desktop support, deskside support, field services, or IT service desk support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune, SCCM, or equivalent device management tools.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral installation.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Odoo, or other ticketing systems is an asset.
• Robust communication, documentation, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain confidentiality, and work within approved scopes of work.
• Microsoft or OEM certifications are an advantage.
