About You You may come from a background in: Coaching or mentoring, HR or talent acquisition, Recruitment or executive search, Consulting or business advisory, Leadership development, Training, education, or facilitation You’re someone who:

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct professional conversations with individuals exploring personal or career growth opportunities
• Mentor and support people through structured professional development frameworks
• Participate in online leadership and training sessions

and training to support business development activities
