Role Description: Lawyer, physician, and public members appointed to the Commission roster will be required to:
• Review applications and conduct hearings, appeals, reviews, and deliberate with other Commission members, in accordance with the Act and regulations.
• Analyze, assess and weigh information, representations, and records to reach a fair and impartial decision.
• Participate in the development of panel decisions as a member, bringing an objective perspective in addition to other commission members.
