• Convert Confluence content into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats.
• Use GitHub Copilot and AI tools to improve documentation quality and structure.
• Develop and enhance automation scripts for content conversion and migration.
• Maintain documentation in GitBitbucket repositories.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to improve chatbot knowledge sources.
• Resolve documentation issues related to formatting| links| images| and metadata.
• Create standards| templates| and best practices for documentation management.
