We’re Hiring: IT Specialist – North York, Ontario (HQ) An international retail company with well-known brands, including Nike, Mango, and others, is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to maintain and support our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and retail IT operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain Check Point and FortiGate firewalls and cybersecurity solutions, including EDR/AV.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure.
• Manage network infrastructure, including switches, VLANs, VPN, VoIP, and cloud-managed enterprise Wi-Fi controllers.
• Manage MDM, IT asset management, and endpoint devices.
• Provide technical support to end users across multiple locations, including retail stores and head office (HO) users.
• Monitor and troubleshoot POS/ERP system issues in real time.
• Execute new store IT setups, including network infrastructure and advanced retail technology.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software,



and connectivity issues.
• Travel to store locations across Canada to provide on-site technical support and training as required. Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VLANs, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
• Experience with MDM, IT asset management, and POS/ERP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.
