• Evaluate and validate model responses for accuracy, fairness, and practical judgment
• Collaborate with HR and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage Required Qualifications
• Professional experience in human resources or people operations
• Working knowledge of employment practices and HR policy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or comparable certification
• Experience across multiple HR functions (ER, comp, recruiting, L&D;)
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
