Maple Air | Concord / Vaughan, Ontario Full-time, permanent | In person Pay: CA$40,000–CA$55,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: Evening shift, Monday–Friday; weekends and on-call as needed Outstanding Service Starts Before the Technician Arrives Maple Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher to keep field schedules organized, technicians informed and customers updated. This is an active operations role for someone who can prioritize urgent calls, make sound scheduling decisions and stay composed when the day changes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians across the GTA.
• Assign and adjust calls based on urgency, location, skills, availability and job requirements.
• Communicate appointment updates, delays and changes to customers and field teams.
• Coordinate seasonal maintenance and protection-plan appointments.
• Track work orders, service history, follow-ups and job statuses in the CRM.
• Support parts coordination, supplier follow-up and installation scheduling when needed.
• Maintain accurate digital dispatch boards and Google Sheets/Excel reports. WHAT YOU BRING
• At least 3 years of dispatching experience (required).
• At least 2 years of HVAC or home-services industry experience (required).




• Proficiency with CRM systems, digital dispatch/scheduling tools and spreadsheets.
• Clear communication, judgment under pressure and strong follow-through.
• Availability for evening shifts, weekends and on-call rotations as required.
• Experience coordinating field technicians, service agreements or installation schedules is valuable.
