Kleinburg, ON (Office Based) Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business relationships with freight forwarders, NVOCCs, customs brokers, and importers/exporters. You will work closely with our operations team to provide competitive spot-market quotes and build a loyal client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Cold-call and prospect freight forwarders, NVOCCs, customs brokers, and importers/exporters
•
- Provide competitive spot-market quotes for cross-border and domestic freight
•
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
•
- Work with the operations team to ensure service commitments are met
•
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM
•
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics sales, freight brokerage, or a related field
•
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding and cross-border transportation
•
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
•
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Compensation
