Maple Air is hiring a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to help our technicians and installers start each day ready. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, accurate inventory and improving how things run.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Receive, inspect, label, organize and store HVAC equipment, parts and materials.
• Stage equipment and supplies for service calls and installations.
• Safely load and unload vehicles and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
• Update inventory records, conduct counts and flag shortages or discrepancies.
• Support replenishment, supplier coordination, returns and warranty materials.
• Work closely with Operations, Service and Installation to meet job schedules.
• Suggest practical improvements to organization, accuracy and workflow. WHAT YOU BRING
• Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and reliability.




• Ability to safely handle and move equipment and materials.
• Comfort with computers, spreadsheets and inventory software.
• HVAC, trades or parts-distribution experience is an asset.
• Forklift experience/certification and a driver's licence are assets.
