Indigo Stride builds AI staff and products for real estate brokerages, for both admin and agent use: a receptionist that answers the office line, a lead engine that responds in seconds and routes deals to the right agent, contract drafting from a conversation, and marketing that runs itself. We're already live in production with a 250+ agent brokerage, and we're scaling fast. We're hiring engineers to build custom projects for brokerages and help improve our core products. You're a strong software engineer first, and very good with AI and workflows on top of that. You understand the backend you're building on, and everything you ship is secure. Projects often have more than one developer on them, so you're comfortable working in a shared codebase and shipping alongside others. What you'll work on When a brokerage wants something custom-built, our team handles the client calls and scopes the project. You get a transparent brief and build it. You may also help improve and extend our core AI products.



Who we're looking for You've shipped real work to production and can tell us exactly which part was yours. You use AI agents in your daily development work and get real leverage from them without cutting corners. You know how to track down problems in production, and you have a clear standard for what "done" means. Brokerages trust us with client data, so you handle auth, permissions and personal information properly from day one. You're also open to learning and being taught. We have clear standards for how things get built, and you take direction well, ask good questions and act on feedback. Compensation This is a contract role, paid per project. Every project is scoped and priced up front. It's fully remote and async-friendly, and strong contributors get first call on new projects as we grow.
