Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior Training Specialist – Audio Visual & Video Conferencing for an 11-month onsite contract prospect. Must Haves:
• Hands-on technical expertise and deep familiarity with audiovisual and video conferencing hardware and platforms
• Strong writing skills for developing training materials and user manuals, with attention to detail
• Scenario-based and practical teaching approach using real-world use cases
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language
• At least 5 years of audio and video conferencing technology experience
• At least 10 years of adult training experience
• Experience with Adobe Captivate
• Familiarity with AODA requirements for interactive e-learning and written manuals
