Ante is growing, and I’m looking for an SEO and GEO expert strategist with deep search expertise, hands-on AI search experience and a strong sense of ownership.

This is a full-time, remote role with reliable overlap from 9 am to 1 pm Eastern, five days a week.

You’ll work directly with me and with founders and marketing leaders at B2B SaaS companies and service businesses. You’ll own strategy, execution and client relationships across multiple accounts, with production support around you.

Our clients expect sharp thinking, excellent work and communication they never have to chase. I need someone who brings their own expertise, spots what needs attention and follows through.

What you’ll own

- SEO and GEO strategy: Understand each client’s product, buyers and commercial goals, then build a clear plan and lead its execution.
- Technical SEO: Diagnose and resolve issues involving crawling, indexing, canonicals, redirects, internal linking, site structure and content accessibility.
- Website and tracking improvements: Investigate problems, implement and test fixes within your expertise, and coordinate with developers when needed.
- AI search analysis: Research buyer questions, inspect AI answers and cited sources, understand competitor visibility and turn findings into practical actions.
- Content: Plan, write, brief and review content that reflects the client’s expertise and answers meaningful buying questions.
- Off-site visibility: Lead work across Reddit, editorial outreach, listicles, reviews and digital PR.
- Measurement: Track search performance, AI visibility, qualified enquiries and pipeline. Explain what changed, what the evidence supports and what to do next.
- Client relationships:



Lead calls, communicate clearly, flag problems early and keep commitments moving.
- AI workflows: Use Claude, ChatGPT and Ante’s custom tools to improve research, analysis, content and delivery while personally verifying the output.

What you bring

- Deep practical SEO knowledge across technical SEO, content strategy, research and measurement.
- Demonstrated GEO/AEO experience, with examples of work you personally owned and results you can explain and substantiate.
- Experience managing client accounts and advising founders or senior marketing teams.
- Excellent reading, writing and spoken communication. You can understand complex businesses, explain technical issues plainly and challenge a request thoughtfully.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEO research and crawling tools, and AI search measurement.
- Experience investigating tracking problems and implementing or coordinating website improvements.
- Solid AI tool fluency and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
- Proactive working habits. You investigate, recommend, organize and follow through without needing every next step assigned.
- Careful verification and sound judgment about what you know, what needs checking and when to involve someone else.
