We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Ensure proper sanitation and food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables,
and dining spaces
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in serving roles
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and upselling menu items
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
- Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and guest services is desirable
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the restaurant schedule
Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
