We are seeking an experienced and skilled server to join our team at Thai Sa-On in the heart of Downtown Calgary. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that guests have a personalized and memorable dining experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take orders for food and drinks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in Thai Cuisine to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and the menu offerings.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation, and presentation
- Knowledgeable in wine service and pairings.
- Respond to guests inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
- Work within the kitchen to ensure that food is served in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the service team to ensure that guests have a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests and staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Pro Serve certification is required.
