Job Summary

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,



supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
