Summerside Hyundai is currently seeking a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.

This is a blended Service & Parts role. Our Service Advisors are involved in the full repair process from customer intake and estimating to parts coordination and warranty administration. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership setting.

What You’ll Do

- Greet customers and create a positive service experience
- Listen to concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Prepare detailed repair orders with accurate labour and parts estimates
- Clearly explain recommended services and repairs
- Assist with parts lookups and internal sourcing
- Coordinate repair schedules with technicians
- Identify maintenance opportunities and recommend additional services
- Process warranty repairs and ensure proper documentation for submission
- Review repair orders for warranty compliance and accuracy
- Submit and manage warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Process payments and close repair orders accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For




- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Experience with manufacturer warranty procedures is an asset
- Comfortable handling warranty claims and documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with parts systems or inventory management is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
