Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer phone calls
- Open repair orders and document customer concerns
- Prepare estimates and communicate with customers
- Coordinate with mechanics and provide repair updates
- Assist with invoicing and customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers
- Automotive or mechanical industry experience is an asset
- Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
