Lookout Housing and Health Society is seeking a Coordinator to oversee Extreme Weather Response shelters. Under the Program Manager, you will ensure client services align with our minimal-barrier approach while supporting budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage personnel, payroll, and program administration, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain safety and client-centered service delivery.
