Napa Auto Parts, Tillsonburg is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping/ recieving and delivery processes within our store, ensuring that all products are accurately received, put away and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse/store operations and a solid understanding of shipping/receiving/delivery process.
Duties
- Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against packing slips and inspecting for damage.
- Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve shipping/receiving processes.
- Conduct basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts and order processing.
- Completing regular inventory cycle counts.
- Direct delivery drivers and monitor delivery times and produce reports.
- Computer skills required
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse/store setting is preferred, with a focus on shipping & receiving operations.
- Strong skills in receiving, order picking, inventory control, and basic math are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
