About Us
We’re seeking an experienced social media professional to take ownership of our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, adapting content and campaigns to each platform. The Global Diamond Broker brings more than four decades of diamond industry experience to an international audience. Through diamond education, industry commentary, price comparisons, and custom jewelry, we have a powerful story to tell. We need someone who can turn that expertise into compelling content, a recognizable brand, and qualified client inquiries. Social Media Manager & Content Creator We’re looking for an experienced, highly capable Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our company’s social media presence across all platforms. You must have strong creative judgment, excellent video editing skills, and the ability to turn clear direction into polished, compelling content. We need someone dependable who follows through, pays attention to detail, and consistently delivers work to a high standard. What you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing our social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Creating and editing professional videos, reels, stories, photographs, and captions.
• Building a consistent brand presence while adapting content to each platform.
• Working closely with leadership, taking direction well, and applying feedback accurately.
• Tracking performance and using results to improve content, audience growth, and engagement.
• Turn founder recordings, interviews, podcasts, and live broadcasts into content tailored to each platform.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, accurate messaging, and a high standard of presentation. Who we’re looking for:




• Demonstrated experience managing all business social media accounts.
• A strong portfolio showing your content creation and video editing abilities.
• Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for visual presentation.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
• Someone who asks thoughtful questions, understands the brief, and delivers on commitments.
• Honesty about your skills, experience, and the results you have personally achieved.

• A creative and varied role within a growing company A minimum of 5 years experience in social media, brand/marketing management, content creation, videographer experience is an asset. Jewellery industry experience is not required, and training will be provided to the right candidate.
