Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Snow Removal Supervisor to lead our winter maintenance team. This role is vital in ensuring safe, productive, and timely snow and ice removal across designated properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills. As a Snow Removal Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate team efforts, and ensure all snow removal activities meet safety and quality standards.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate snow and ice removal operations across multiple sites to ensure safety and accessibility.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of snow clearing activities.
- Operate or oversee the operation of snow removal equipment such as plows, salt spreaders, and shovels.
- Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure proper procedures are followed and equipment is maintained.
- Manage scheduling during snow events, including early morning or late-night shifts as needed.
- Collaborate with property managers or clients to prioritize areas requiring immediate attention.
- Maintain records of completed work, equipment usage, and safety compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on safe snow removal techniques and equipment operation.




- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations related to snow management.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or related outdoor services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of horticulture, gardening, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices is preferred.
- Experience operating heavy machinery or snow removal equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods during winter months.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under time constraints.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy loads when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.

This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team ensuring property safety during winter storms while utilizing your expertise in landscape maintenance and construction-related skills. Pay: $37.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
