Inter Label Systems is a pressure-sensitive label printer in Concord, and we're adding a slitter/rewinder operator to our production team. You'll run slitting and rewinding equipment to turn printed rolls into finished label rolls that are ready to ship. We'll train the right person, and there's room to grow into a supervisory role.

What you'll do

- Set up and run slitter/rewinder machines to customer specs (roll width, core size, label count, and wind direction)
- Inspect rolls for print, die-cut, and matrix defects, and flag problems
- Splice, label, pack, and stage finished rolls for shipping
- Keep accurate production counts and job paperwork
- Keep your work area clean and safe, and do basic machine care

What we're looking for




- Experience on a slitter or rewinder in labels, flexible packaging, or printing is a strong asset
- Positive eye for detail and comfortable with basic measuring and counting
- Reliable, punctual, and works well on a team
- A forklift licence and WHMIS are nice to have
