Verdant DBM Inc. is seeking experienced Snow Plow Truck and Equipment Operators for the upcoming winter season.
We are looking for dependable, professional operators with proven snow removal experience. If you have operated snow equipment through Ontario winters and understand the demands of commercial snow operations, we want to hear from you.
Experience is required. This is not an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Perform snow plowing, snow relocation, and ice control services.
- Safely operate assigned equipment during snow and ice events.
- Clear parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, and commercial properties.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
- Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors throughout events.
- Follow all company safety procedures and site-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Previous commercial snow removal experience is mandatory.
- Experience operating one or more of the equipment types listed above.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from our yard.
- Availability for 24/7 on-call winter operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work long hours during significant snow and ice events.
- Robust work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
