Wage: $26 - $28 per hour (based on experience and clearing capabilities)

About the Role:
Join our team for the winter season as a Snow Clearing Operator! We are looking for reliable, physically fit individuals to service 20-25 residential sites in dense areas across the city mainly S.E/S.W. after every snowfall of 1 inch (2 cm) or more. Shifts are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, with some night and extended hours required depending on weather conditions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and wants steady winter employment. We are also looking for part timer's who would like to be on call

Key Responsibilities:
- Clear snow from driveways, walkways, and residential properties using provided equipment.
- Ensure all sites are serviced between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM following snowfall of 1 inch (2 cm) or more.
- Take before and after photos of each site and upload them via our mobile app.
- Perform occasional night shifts when weather demands.
- Maintain safe and efficient operations during winter conditions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Lives in the S.W. or S.E. quadrant of Calgary (strongly preferred).
- Has access to an AWD SUV or 4x4 Truck to navigate safely during snowstorms.
- Owns a smartphone with an active data plan for photo uploads and communication.
- Physically able to handle snow removal in varying conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Previous snow clearing or landscaping experience is an asset but not required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work early mornings, some nights, and in all winter weather conditions.
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for logging work.
