We are seeking a creative, trends-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level.

Position Summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will be the creative voice behind our brand channels. You will design, implement, and manage our end-to-end social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and support business goals. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media trends, understands audience psychology, and has experience creating engaging visual and written content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and curate compelling daily content (graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, and captions) across multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with branding initiatives and astrological events.
- Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and tracking user feedback to foster high brand loyalty.
- Analyze weekly and monthly social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach) and adjust content strategies based on data insights.
- Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, editing styles, and digital marketing tools.




- Collaborate with internal creative and management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or digital content creation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (creative copywriting and storytelling are core requirements).
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite) and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong proficiency in filming and editing mobile-first video content (CapCut, TikTok/Reels native editors).
- Basic understanding of or passion for astrology, wellness, or esoteric topics is considered a significant asset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to reliably commute to our Brampton, ON (L6W 3W8) office.

- Competitive hourly pay: $19.50 – $24.50 per hour.
