This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.Software Developer - Peoplesoft - :The Workforce Information Network (WIN) system is a business-critical Ontario Public Service system based on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM ERP application. The project involves enhancing the WIN system by digitizing HR and payroll processes, expanding self-service capabilities, and transitioning to the Fluid interface for improved user experience.Software Developer - Peoplesoft - Responsibilities:

- Be part of an agile, self-directed, multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide technical expertise in all phases of SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Deliver technical solutions within large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Peoplesoft).
- Support business process automation to achieve service delivery excellence.Software Developer - Peoplesoft - Mandatory Skills:
- PeopleSoft HCM modules development experience.




- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM operating systems, configurations, and integration.
- Expertise in PeopleSoft system development and tools.
- Knowledge of Oracle database management systems.
- Experience in unit testing and supporting system integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.Software Developer - Peoplesoft – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous OPS/Public sector experience.
- Familiarity with Fluid UI development.
- Experience with Linux scripting.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft security and workflow tools.
