Join our team as a Production Team Member in our Stage 3 Packaging Department, where you’ll help prepare premium raw dog food that pet parents trust and dogs love. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a close-knit team, and prefers an afternoon schedule
- plus, you’ll earn a shift premium for working the 3PM–11PM shift
• Wage Progression Eligible: Starting rate $19.50/hour; $20.25/hour at 6 months, $21/hour at 12 months
• Afternoon Premium Eligible: $1 / hour

What You'll Do
• Be a key player on our packaging line, helping prepare finished goods through filling and packing.
• Rotate through various stations to keep things fresh and dynamic.




• Refill packaging materials and inspect products to ensure top-notch quality and food safety.
• Keep accurate records for traceability using HACCP forms.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following sanitation procedures.
• Follow all GMPs, HACCP protocols, and health & safety guidelines.
• Jump in to support other duties as needed
