• Schedule: Clinic operates 7 days a week, Mon–Fri 9 am–9 pm, Sat-Sun 9 am–6 pm

• Assist the dentist chairside, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories in accordance with IPAC standards




• Support a wide range of procedures including restorative, extractions, endodontics, and surgical treatments
• Take X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Support front desk coordination as needed, including scheduling and patient communication
• Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment What You Bring
• 1+ year of Dental Assisting experience (preferred)
• HARP certification
• Strong communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and patient-focused
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
• Comfort with dental software and digital workflows Nice to have:
• CPR certification
• Experience with digital scanning (e.g., iTero)
• IPAC and WHMIS certification You’re Also Someone Who:
