About the Role
The Inbound Team Lead directly interacts with the receiving team, he/she is to ensure compliance of the procedure, and communicates goals, safety practices, and provides ongoing guidance and support to the employees as they complete their action plans. He/she will support to the Receiving supervisor and manager.



The Inbound team lead and all S&S; Activewear employees must adhere to and enforce the guidelines presented in the S&S; Activewear Employee Handbook. Compensation & Schedule $22.66 hourly Monday
- Friday (6AM
- 2:30PM) Full Time, Non-Exempt Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor Receiving progress and process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Process improvement participation.
• Provide support and guidance in the Receiving process / function.
• Provide leadership to all department employees.
• Conduct employees kick off meetings.
• Preform regular safety walks and participate in safety meetings as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e., Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.
• Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.
• Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software
• Act professionally and remain focused while working
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment
• Follow directions of leadership
• Perform cleaning activities as required
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Supervisor experience of 2 years in a team-oriented workplace, preferred.
• Valuable interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to achieve company goals.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Able to learn systems, applications, and procedures quickly.
• Good communication, excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Accurate with numbers and counting; attention to details.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.




• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
• Willing to perform other duties as required
• Must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business needs.
• Some experience in a team-oriented workplace, preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite and email use.
• System and Inventory Knowledge, preferred. Physical Demands In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjusting focus and hearing. Working Environment
• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
• Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
• Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
