We are looking for an experienced SRE Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements and technical delivery within SRE, IT Operations, or Infrastructure environments .

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation .
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify, track, and manage requirements.
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams on requirement validation, prioritization, and backlog readiness.
- Track requirements through closure and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
- Translate business and operational needs into transparent, actionable requirements.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience .
- Experience supporting SRE, IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Production Support environments.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models .
- Hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps preferred.
