We are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, particularly in the aviation sector. Responsibilities

- Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
- Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services.
- Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes.
- Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure DSPs comply with company policies,



contractual agreements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align on delivery strategies.

Requirements

- English fluency is required to effectively communicate with partners and team members.
- Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field (experience with DSPs is a plus).
- Solid negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics systems and industry regulations is preferred Education background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
