Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the retail team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective management and coaching.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
- Manage inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees to ensure a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
- Implement employee orientation programs and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance team skills.
- Supervise employee scheduling, shift management, payroll processing, and bookkeeping activities with accuracy.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize management skills to oversee operational functions such as budgeting,



sales management, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, store policies, and legal regulations while promoting a safe work environment.

Requirements

- Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Extensive knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory management systems (POS systems), and operational procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new staff members, and conducting employee training sessions.
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling, pricing adjustments, inventory calculations, and sales analysis.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Robust interpersonal skills including phone etiquette, customer service excellence, and managerial communication.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of store presentation and product knowledge.
